Ten years ago I became interested in Christian Science because of a serious physical condition of several years' standing. Through the patient help of a Christian Science practitioner, and to the surprise of my entire family, a complete healing was accomplished within three months. Since that time, I have relied wholly on Christian Science for healing. Although the occasions have been numerous, every problem, whether physical or otherwise, has yielded entirely to the prompt and proper application of Christian Science, as set forth in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

While I am, of course, grateful for this precious Science, which, when honestly lived and practiced, makes us well, and keeps us well, I wish to express profound gratitude at this time for two provisions of the Christian Science movement, namely, the Christian Science Reading Rooms and The Christian Science Publishing Society.

Many times, needed encouragement has been given to me by the loving-kindness of the Reading Room librarians. I feel that a definite period in my growth in Christian Science began with a visit to a Reading Room just a few months after my introduction to Science.
