When I first heard of Christian Science, I was suffering from severe stomach trouble, and medical aid did not afford me any relief. I had been operated on several times, but only grew worse. I was healed by Christian Science, not only of this ailment but also of many others.

Several years ago I shut the door of an automobile on my hand and it seemed crushed. A practitioner, who was with me at the time, and I both knew the truth about this accident, and I was instantly healed of the pain. My hand became normal and useful in just a short time. Another wonderful healing for which I am sincerely grateful was the disappearance of an internal growth, which doctors claimed was the cause of chronic bowel trouble, from which I had suffered for many years, and which they said was incurable.
