This Is Our Warfare

Brothers , let us importunately prayTo stand in Christian unity on guard,Conceiving man aright, lest foe retardTrue scientific knowing day by day;To prove the opportunities we share(Nor pride nor fear can hold our standard high):Mentally to resist the encircling lie,Nor dread the forms the aggressor seems to wear.

This is our warfare. In a world of thoughtEach individual must do his part:We must be watchful every single hour—Each moment of that hour—we must be taughtOf Christ, draw closer still unto that heartWhere no accuser is, where Love is power!
