In the sixth chapter of II Kings is found the story of Elisha's servant who arose one morning to find that the city was surrounded by the enemy. In his fear and anxiety he cried, "Alas, my master! how shall we do?" Elisha then prayed that the servant's eyes might be opened to behold the divine protection that encompassed them.
