Since coming into Christian Science, over twenty years ago, I have experienced many blessings and healings.

My eldest son was declared by six doctors to be tubercular. He was in an observation hospital for three weeks, and was then sent to a sanatorium. After a month there, he came home of his own accord, and we decided to have Christian Science treatment. The devoted, loving, and effectual work of the practitioner soon began to bear fruit. A few years later, when he was taking out an insurance policy, before going abroad to take up a business post, he was pronounced a first-class A1 risk.

Another son was pouring boiling milk into a glass, when the glass broke, spilling the milk over his foot. We declared the allness and power of God, and read "the scientific statement of being" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p. 468). The foot was rather painful when the boy went to bed, but two hours later he was sleeping peacefully. Except for a redness next morning the foot was completely healed. Another son sprained an ankle on a Friday evening. By Sunday he was walking normally, and he went to business on Monday.
