of the most joyful experiences in Christian Science comes to us when we begin to see deeply into the meaning of some passage in the Bible or in our Leader's writings which we had not previously grasped.
A Practitioner
who was helping a student to see the unreality of a discouraging difficulty urged him to let his expectancy be of the fulfillment of good.
A Christian Scientist
was asked to give a word of assurance to one who, having lived far beyond the human allotment of threescore years and ten, believed that his earthly span of life was almost spent.
There
may be times when we can seemingly become so engrossed with the thought of accumulating, conserving, or managing dollars and cents in order to pay debts or meet daily obligations that the spiritual demand, the debt of loving-kindness to our fellow men, is forgotten.
I am one of the many who are happy to express gratitude for Christian Science and for what it has accomplished for me and others and will accomplish for all who will listen to this promised Comforter.
