I have had many healings through Christian Science, of bronchial asthma, influenza, and other difficulties, for which I am most thankful. Much sorrow and trouble and suffering have also been overcome through Christian Science, which has helped me. For this I thank God and also our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

I wish to give my testimony about the overcoming of lack of supply. My income is a small one and I have many to help. I was always anxious as to how I should meet the different calls until I worked to see substance as the supply of ideas. I saw that those ideas would not come to an end, unless I imagined there was an end to thought. So I knew that substance was mental, and that to be deprived of substance I should have to stop thinking, and that if I thought properly nothing could deprive me of it. On pages 102 and 103 of "Miscellaneous Writings" by Mrs. Eddy I read this wonderful statement, which helped me greatly: "Science defines omnipresence as universality, that which precludes the presence of evil. This verity annuls the testimony of the senses, which say that sin is an evil power, and substance is perishable. Intelligent Spirit, Soul, is substance, far more impregnable and solid than matter; for one is temporal, while the other is eternal, the ultimate and predicate of being."

Understanding this, I was able to see that God is the only source of supply, and that abundance of good is man's birthright—abundance for every need. As I knew this, every need was met, and without worry, or anxiety, or fear. Complete reliance on Truth was my course.
