With thankfulness to God, the Giver of all good and the only real power, I shall tell of some of the many blessings we have had in our home through Christian Science. Twelve years ago I was about to pass on, after doctors had failed to do anything for me, when a Christian Science practitioner was called in. The healing was beautiful; but I did not seek for an understanding of this wonderful truth, so other problems came. I was left paralyzed from diphtheria, and prominent physicians said it would be six months before I could walk, or that I might never walk again. We again called for Christian Science help, and I was walking in six weeks.

I had Christian Science help when our little boy was born, and everything was harmonious. I was up the next day, and there never were any ill effects. He has been instantly healed of croup, and scarlet fever was overcome very quickly. In one week all discordant conditions had disappeared, and he was entirely well. Our daughter was in an accident and suffered a broken nose. A doctor who came along at the time ordered her to a hospital, but she refused to go. She had Christian Science treatment, and her nose was perfectly healed. She has also been healed of the effects of contact with poison oak, and of severe cases of hives.

My husband has been healed of a disease pronounced incurable. It would be impossible to tell how I was sustained and comforted in sorrow, when a loved one passed from our sight; and what a joy and blessing it was to know that in reality there can be no separation.
