Over fifteen years ago Christian Science was brought to my attention by my mother, who had been healed of a tumor. An examination by the family physician before and after Christian Science treatment disclosed first the presence and later the absence of a fibroid tumor as large as an orange. This demonstration, coming to one so near and dear to me, and in the same household, was very convincing evidence of the available power of God, as taught in the inspired word of the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

Two years later I felt the need of healing for eye trouble, but before taking up Christian Science I went to an eye specialist, who fitted me with glasses and said never to read without them. Believing it about time to turn to the great Physician, I went to a Christian Science practitioner, and was healed in one treatment; and during the years since then my eyesight has been perfect.

This healing has been followed by many others, and I have learned to rely entirely on God for every need, whether it be for healing of physical disease, mental disease, or business difficulties. I have found that all happiness comes to us if we seek first "the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;" that the only business we have in reality is to obey God's will; and that health, happiness, and prosperity follow to the extent of our right thinking, right acting, and right living.
