I did not come into Christian Science for physical healing...

I did not come into Christian Science for physical healing, but because of an unrest and dissatisfaction in my religious beliefs. However, I have had many proofs of God's loving, unfailing, protecting care. Through reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I was healed of the need of wearing glasses which I had used a few years. I was also healed of catarrh of the head and throat. I learned to read the Scriptures when very young, and loved them always; and when I found Christian Science I was able to prove them in some degree; for as Jesus, the master Scientist, said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Mrs. Eddy has said in Science and Health (p. 243) : "Truth has no consciousness of error. Love has no sense of hatred. Life has no partnership with death. Truth, Life, and Love are a law of annihilation to everything unlike themselves, because they declare nothing except God."

Words alone cannot express my gratitude to God and to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for what Christian Science has done and is doing for me.
