Christian Science has been such a great help to me that I gladloy avail myself of the privilege of telling others some of the blessings it has brought into my life. When first it was brought to my notice, I was rapidly becoming an invalid, suffering severe pain almost continually from sciatica. I was also weak and miserable with nervous depression, insomnia, and a weak chest and throat. I would lose my voice frequently for a week or more at a time. Added to this, I fainted whenever I found myself in a warm room, and had a dread of going into company or attending any place of amusement. I had been attending the Christian Science services only a very short time when my boy was healed instantaneously of scarlet fever, with the help of a practitioner. This proved conclusively to me that, rightly understood and practiced, Christian Science could accomplish all that was claimed for it, and I took up the study in earnest.

Through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I soon found myself gaining strength and health; and it is many years now since I have experienced any of the old difficulties. I was soon able to lead a very busy, active life, and have continued to do so up to the present time. Suffice it to say that for nearly seventeen years we have used no medicine or any material remedy in our home, every discordant condition being promptly overcome by Christian Science treatment. In business problems, too, we have found it a wonderful help.

It is impossible to express in words my deep gratitude for all these and many other material blessings; and yet they are as nothing compared to the true happiness that this great truth brings into one's life, as well as the changed concept of God, of one's fellow-man, and the spiritual uplift, which changes one's whole outlook.
