In gratitude for all the blessings I have received in Christian Science, and with an earnest desire that a recent experience may prove helpful to others, I send the following. When reading the report of an Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, I especially noted that the attention of Christian Scientists was drawn to what Mrs. Eddy says in "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 353) with reference to subscribing for all the periodicals. I then decided to become a subscriber to the Monitor. Previous to this I had subscribed for The Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Sentinel only. I had read copies of The Christian Science Monitor with great interest, and had dealt with the local firms advertising in it; but suggestions of lack of supply, the thought that I already gave all the support to the Cause that my circumstances would allow, hindered the complete demonstration. But these and other suggestions having been overcome, I sent a yearly subscription for the Monitor. Two days after this decision was made, I received quite unexpectedly a regular increase of supply which more than covered the subscription to the Monitor, thus proving the statement made by our dear Leader on page 494 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary BakerEddy, "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." This is only one of many blessings I have received.

Many times have physical disabilities been overcome through the realization of the allness of God, good, and the nothingness of all that is opposed to God, good, as taught in Christian Science. I am also grateful for the understanding I am gaining that there are no accidents in divine Mind. Some time ago, while following my occupation, I ran my eye with great force against a brass arm, which had been left projecting in the shop window. I immediately declared the truth and continued with my work until the usual closing time, about half an hour later. The eye became discolored and somewhat swollen, thus causing me to have to meet much adverse thought from customers and those with whom I was working. The next morning, however, it was almost well. Only by looking very closely could one discern that anything had happened. Once or twice since that time have those who witnessed the incident commented on how quickly the eye became normal, and on the lack of the serious results which they had feared.

I also feel a deep sense of gratitude and thankfulness to the one who has so lovingly and patiently—so very patiently—helped me to gain this understanding of Christian Science, and desire to show my gratitude by a life more fully consecrated to God, good.—(Miss) Edith Emily Morgan, Manchester, Lancashire, England.
