Lecturer: Miss Lucia C. Coulson; introduced by Mrs. Ida Schaefer, who said:—

In the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, we read (p. 558), "To mortal sense Science seems at first ovscure, abstract, and dark; but a bright promise crowns its brow." Christian Science brings to us the truth about God and man, reveals God to us as ever present and omnipotent good, God who is impartial in His gifts and their applicability. The laws of nature declare, Like produces like. Christian Science teaches God, good, produces only good. On this basis sin, sickness, and lack of every kind are healed and peace and harmony are brought to individuals as well as to nations.
