CHICAGO, ILL. (First Church).—Lecturer introduced by Miss Ella D. Schindler, who said in part:—

It has been truly said that the greatest thing in the world is Love; and the Scriptures tell us that the effect of this Love is peace. The world has sought to attain these priceless gifts through countless avenues by material means, but it has failed. It has failed because it is impossible to attain either without an intelligent understanding of God.

Christian Science reveals to the world a God who is Love; whose boundless wisdom and intelligence are available at all times and in every circumstance of our lives,—a God at hand and not afar off.
