Syracuse, N. Y. (First Church).—John W. Doorly, lecturer; introduced by Miss Clara Drew, who said in part:—
The message of the evening is a message of comfort to the sorrowing, of health to the suffering, of peace to the troubled, and of protection to those in danger. This would almost seem like the open door to the very kingdom of heaven. It is. Jesus said, "The kingdom of God is within you;" and he also said, "If ye continue in my word, ... ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." The truth about God is what we all need to know, is what we all want to know. Christian Science unfolds this understanding.
