It is with a deep sense of gratitude for Christian Science that I give this testimony. At the birth of our third little one my wife was afflicted with insanity, and for a whole year after that we suffered miserably. After engaging a Christian Science practitioner to treat her (she being away at the time) there arose new hope in me for her recovery. The healing was slow, covering a period of almost two years, but when the awakening came she had a genuine healing. That was over a year and a half ago and we are traveling life's pathway with peace and joy in our hearts. Words cannot express my gratitude for this healing.

During that time I was healed of the smoking habit and of a quick temper. Upon application I was reluctantly given a position as tool designer at the place where I was then employed. Having had very little training and no practical experience in this profession, I had to rely on divine Mind entirely, and am happy to say that my work was crowned with marked success, both during the eight months I stayed there and the two years and a half that I have been with another firm. "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies." These words of Mrs. Eddy in "Miscellaneous Writings" (p. 307) have truly sustained me in this new work.

Christian Science will heal every ill and supply our every need when rightly applied, and I am thankful that humanity is finding relief from all suffering and discord through the understanding and application of this great truth.
