"Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always." This prayer of Jesus came to my lips when I was healed of appendicitis. I had tried to work out the problem myself, but finally had to ask for help from a Christian Science practitioner. After the first treatment I was relieved of the severe pain and slept all night. In three treatments I was healed. Words cannot express my gratitude for this healing, as it proved to me absolutely that Christian Science does heal when rightly applied. I am indeed thankful to God, who knows our every need and who has sent us His messenger, our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, to teach us through Christian Science how to apply the teachings of our Master to our everyday life and prove that "the Lord God omnipotent reigneth."
