It is with a heart full of love to God, and gratitude to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, that I testify to what Christian Science has done for my little daughter. Early in the summer of 1914 she was suddenly stricken with paralysis. She lost complete control of her left side and would fall every few steps, not being able to control one limb. The hand also was useless. After five weeks of faithful treatment by a Christian Science practitioner she was completely healed. She is today well, strong, and happy; is a pupil in the Sunday school of First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Brooklyn, and her perception of the truth is very inspiring and helpful.

This is only one instance of the power of Love in our household. Another was when this same little girl had measles in an aggravated form, but after ten days of absent treatment she was up and around our home. For these and many other demonstrations I am extremely grateful.
