I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science, and for all the health, happiness, and peace it has brought to me. It was my joy and privilege to experience the practical and operative working of this truth at the birth of my baby daughter. Only my husband and the practitioner were with me at the time, and although there was some suffering, it was of very short duration, and everything was as harmonious as could be. The doctor arrived later, and after an examination pronounced it a perfectly natural birth. I escaped many ills both before and after the baby came that are supposed to accompany this experience. Neighbors came in the day after the birth and expressed great wonderment and joy over my strong, normal condition. I walked around a little that day, and the third day I sat up for most of the afternoon and sewed.

I know that Christian Science is the truth, and through it we shall know existence as it really is. Our publications are a constant source of joy and help to me. I am very grateful to God for all His blessings, and also to Mrs. Eddy for showing us the way.
