I herewith wish to express my most sincere gratitude for my wonderful healing of a severe trouble. In January, two years ago, as the result of a cold, an abscess formed underneath my right eye which defied medical treatment and caused me much pain and worry. In addition to this, erysipelas of the face set in and kept me from work for quite a while. Upon the recommendation of friends I was led to resort to Christian Science treatment. I was completely healed with three treatments, and enabled to go out without a bandage. The trouble has not appeared again, thanks be to God!

A year after my illness my wife was taken with a severe attack of acute lung trouble, while on a visit to California. She wired to Pasadena for treatment to be taken up, and she was healed with God's help through prayer in Christian Science. Since then, Der Herold der Christian Science has been a welcome friend in our home, and many an evil has been eliminated from our experience through prayer to God. This testimony is given in gratitude.
