I am exceedingly grateful for the many benefits received from the understanding of Christian Science and the satisfactory results obtained through the application of its definite rules. Recently I was bitten by a strange cat while stroking its head. The hand and arm very soon began to swell and were very painful. I thought it wise to have help, so called a practitioner, and in two days the hand was normal. I have found Christian Science to be a great comfort in sorrow, and have applied it to all the discords that have appeared in my life for the past thirty years, and it has never failed to do its work.

For all these blessings, and for the spiritual understanding obtained through the study of the Bible, with our textbook, Science and Health, and for our Leader's faithfulness and loving care, I am profoundly grateful.
