I had been seeking the truth for a long time, but found it nowhere. Last summer two ladies stopped at my home, and I soon noticed that they had something which I did not possess, and then I heard that they were adherents of Christian Science. As my eldest daughter was often troubled with headaches she asked one of the ladies for treatment, and the ailment disappeared immediately. An enlargement had developed at my little daughter's wrist, a needle having gone into her hand which could not be removed. She also had trouble with her sight, and had a rupture, but she is now free from all this bondage. For about two years I had trouble with my eyes and suffered much pain in consequence. I could neither read nor write in the evening and had to wear glasses in the daytime. I also had a pain in my left arm so that I could hardly work. I asked for Christian Science treatment, and was healed of all these troubles and have taken off my glasses. My mother-in-law, who is now eighty-four years old, was visiting me, and I read often to her from the Bible and Der Herold, to which she listened gladly and said that it was all so beautiful and so clear to her. When she asked me if I thought that God would forgive her all her wrongdoings, I read to her the Master's words, "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." She, too, has found peace, and we are praising God.

I am very grateful for all the blessings which I have received through Christian Science, and it is my desire to help others.
