When I was a very small child, dyspepsia, accompanied by vomiting, began to develop, and although I was under medical treatment continually, the disease became more aggravated. I also suffered from a severe cough, hiccoughs, and terrible pain in my head. Later, I began to have hemorrhages, and my mouth became very sore. Two physicians had said that there was no chance of my recovery. After everything in the way of medicine, dieting, etc., had been tried, and every one thought I could live but a little while, a lady, who was not a Scientist, suggested Christian Science. My mother at once arranged for treatment, although I was entirely indifferent to it. The treatment was all absent, and in ten days I was healed. I was twelve years under medical treatment, and had eight different physicians, and only ten days under Christian Science treatment, when I was healed. Since then my health has been good.
My mother and I are both members of The Mother Church. I have had no return of my ailments, have taken no medicine, in fact have been entirely well.
