I became interested in Christian Science through the healing of my sister of consumption. When all material means had failed she turned to Christian Science and was healed.
When I saw this wonderful demonstration I at once sent for absent treatment, several hundred miles, not knowing that there were practitioners in my own city. This was in 1894; I was healed of indigestion, liver complaint, and other diseases. I soon learned where Christian Science meetings were held, and I shall never forget the first one. It was on Communion Sunday and I thought it most beautiful.
From that day, thank God, I have tried to know that I am the reflection of Life, Truth, Love. I most sincerely thank Mrs. Eddy through whom this revelation of Truth has come to the world.
