To those who Approve and Countersign Applications.

Those who approve and countersign applications for membership in the Mother Church, will assist the Clerk, and also avoid disappointment to applicants if they will hold,—until after the semi-annual meetings,—the applications which have been sent to them for their signature at a date too late to reach the Clerk before the closing of the entries for admission, and notify those seeking membership that their applications were received too late to be entered. The papers must reach the Clerk not later than June 3.

Reports from Branch Churches.

Reports from Branch Churches to be read at the Annual Meeting of the Mother Church, to be held June 30, 1903, must be typewritten and be sent to the Clerk of the Mother Church in time to reach him on or before June 22, 1903.

No report should occupy more than two minutes in reading.
