The Lectures
Notwithstanding the inclemency of the weather there was a very good attendance at the Opera House Thursday evening, March 26, when Judge S. J. Hanna of Boston, lectured on Christian Science. Judge Hanna was introduced by K. O. Holmes.—The Kearney Daily Hub.
Judge William G. Ewing of Chicago delivered a powerful address at the Baldwin Theatre yesterday [March 22] to a large audience. He was introduced by Charles J. Wright, a leading lawyer, and spoke at length on Christian Science. The burden of his address was to show that the belief of the Christian Scientists is in exact harmony with the teachings of the Bible, and that the Lord has the power to heal now as He always had, and will do so now and in the future as He did in the past.
