Per capita taxes, contributions to the Mother Church, or contributions to the Building Fund, should be sent by check, post-office money order, or express money order.
Do not send currency. If currency is sent it will be at the sender's risk.
All persons who have sent remittances to the Treasurer of the Mother Church since June I, 1902, either to pay their per capita taxes, for contributions to the Mother Church, or to the Building Fund, and who have not received a receipt therefor, are requested to notify the Treasurer of the date and amount of the remittance, and the form in which it was sent, whether in currency, check, or money order.
