Testimonial Meeting at Houston, Texas
At a recent Wednesday evening meeting held by First Church of Christ, Scientist, the following testimonies were given.
A lady testified to having received many benefits to herself and family through the knowledge and understanding of the power of Truth and Love as taught in Christian Science, and of being grateful for the many blessings that came to her through this understanding of God.
Another lady told of having spoken the truth to a young mother; she related to her the experience of a relative who was always in a state of fear about her children and would call a physician for every trivial ailment. About eight years ago she learned of Christian Science, and since that time many serious diseases, such as scarlet fever, pneumonia, and diphtheria had been overcome through the application of the Truth.
