How I got my Science and Health
About five years ago I was troubled with dyspepsia, and finally condition became such that my father advised me to see a doctor. The doctor said my trouble was produced by irregularity with my meals.
I was very much interested in my business, and as I cared little about eating, I would sometimes leave my lunch till three or four o'clock.
The doctor gave me some medicine and put me on a course of dieting. He also told me to eat regularly at twelve o'clock each day. I did this for some time and felt better, but if I were a half hour late with my lunch I suffered on account of it for a day or so.
