Among the Churches

The Christian Scientists of Memphis purchased a lot yesterday on the northeast corner of Linden and Hernando Streets, upon which is to be erected a handsome stone church.

The edifice is to cost $35,000, and from all accounts, is to be one of the finest structures in the city.

The plans of the Scientists came to a head at a business meeting held Wednesday, after the regular testimonial meeting at the Odd Fellows Building.
