The beloved apostle, John, said, "And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written." Just so about Christian Science. If all Christian Science has done and could do, were written, the books and papers would fill the world. I did not investigate Christian Science on account of physical healing, but when I saw one very dear to me in my family, given up by three of the best physicians, saved from the grave, I thought I would investigate it. However, I have been healed of several ills since coming into Science, such as sick headache, which I had from my childhood, suffering dreadfully at times. I am perfectly healed of that. My eyesight was very bad; now I see perfectly. Reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" accomplished the healings.

A few days ago my little boy, four years of age, running around the room after taking off his shoes for the night, stuck a tack in his foot. I did not pay any attention to it at the time. A day or so after we took him out with us, and he walked a great deal. When he started home he commenced complaining of his foot. When we arrived home, I removed his shoe and stocking and found his foot very much inflamed, and red streaks running up his leg. I gave him a treatment, but by bedtime he seemed to be suffering very much, and had a high fever. His father said, "I think I had better go for a healer;" but I said, "No; I will treat him to-night, and if you think best in the morning you can go for one." I talked to him of the power of God, and he said, "Mamma, read to me from Science and Health." I did so and he went to sleep. I gave him another treatment and sat up until eleven o'clock reading the Bible and Science and Health, trying to realize the allness of God and the nothingness of material sense. I then treated him again and retired, he slept until nine o'clock in the morning. When he woke up I put on his shoe and he went to play; all soreness and inflammation was gone, and he was perfectly well. I have heard nothing of it since. It gives me courage to press on and gain a higher understanding of this wonderful Truth, when with my little understanding I am able to meet such a claim, but the most beautiful part of Science is the spiritual understanding of the Bible gained through our text-book.
