With All Your Heart

I had been working hard to overcome a physical trouble for several days, with apparently no success. The suffering was great and I grew discouraged. After a while, I again took up my Bible, opened it at the Forty-third Psalm, and read, "O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles."

Surely there was my cry, the very echo of my desire for Light and Truth.

I turned the leaves over and in Second Chronicles read this verse, "And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered." Now had I been working and seeking with all my heart? I will search it and see.
