Love cannot fail, nor Mind relapse,Nor can dark chaos foil God's planTo call creation out of night;For He is Light, and moves in light,Whose radiant presence shall prevailTo sweep all sorrows out of sight,All errors, never ours by right,And fill our being with delight.

LEADER BELOVED

Alone you stoodThrough bitter wrong—The silent conflictOf a heartIn lone Gethsemane.

"PEACE, BE STILL"

There came a sudden storm of mortal fearsThat beat into the consciousness of thoseDisciples who became afraid untilThey cried unto the Master, who aroseAnd calmed the troubled air with "Peace, be still.

OH, JOY-FILLED DAY!

To rise at mornEmbraced in God's dear tenderness,Cared for in richest realmOf Life, and Truth, and Love;To realize His endless blessed bountyFree to me and all—And this good news mineTo celebrate and shareThroughout each hour—Ah, this is truly heaven to contemplate,And heaven to take,And heaven to useIn service, selfless, satisfied.

SAFE IN LOVE'S ABIDING

As the robin greets the spring,So does every morning bringThoughts of joy, to make me singThanks for Love's providing.

AS THEY WAKEN
