The Scriptural statement that "he [God] spake, and it was done," and the somewhat similar statement, also from Psalms, "He uttered his voice, the earth melted," have been of much interest to Bible students, even though they have been regarded commonly as referring only to the remote past or future.

Reaping and Not Fainting

In his statement to the Galatians, "In due season we shall reap, if we faint not," Paul indicates that men face two alternatives and on their choice of these depends their failure or success.

Domination or Dominion

Domination, meaning control, government, or sovereignty, is, according to dictionary definitions, substantially the same as dominion.

When the earth, because of its diurnal revolutions, turns its face away from the sun, those who are on that part of the earth which is turned away, find themselves temporarily in darkness.

On page 238 of "Miscellaneous Writings," Mary Baker Eddy makes this statement: "Who should care for everybody?

"See that ye be not troubled"

The gentle command of Christ Jesus, "See that ye be not troubled," is as a voice speaking to each one wherever fear or perplexity seeks entry into the heart.

Giving and Withholding

In the Bible are numerous references to tithes and tithing.
