The "one way to heaven"

That persecution of Christians was anticipated by the master Christian, Christ Jesus, is evidenced by what he said in his Sermon on the Mount.
A STATEMENT of spiritual truth may in itself be helpful in overcoming difficulties, as Christian Scientists continually prove.

Discipline

The word "discipline," derived from the Latin word disciplina, meaning learning, should be regarded rather as the friend than the enemy of mankind.

Sufficiency

On page 507 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," Mary Baker Eddy writes: "Spirit duly feeds and clothes every object, as it appears in the line of spiritual creation, thus tenderly expressing the fatherhood and motherhood of God.

"With one accord"

In the second chapter of Acts it is stated, "When the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
The need wherever there is a need, Christian Scientists know, is for spiritualization of thought and life—for clearer recognition that being is Spirit, not touched by matter or material concepts.

Evil Has No Origin

Speaking in the name of God, the prophet Isaiah said, "Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

Consent

There is perhaps no incident in the Bible where the immediate spiritual needs of the individual were seen to be more quickly and satisfactorily met than in the case of the Ethiopian eunuch, as recorded in the eighth chapter of Acts.
