Worthy of redemption?

When we embrace the salvation Jesus’ example offers and strive to live so as to express the goodness that is naturally and forever ours, the sins of our past cannot prevent the healing of today.
The world will try to get us to drop our spiritual altitude for a merely political opinion on one side or the other. But a true understanding of progress compels us to stay the spiritual course, allowing only spiritual observations and conclusions to take root in our thinking.
So who is lifted to God by divine Love’s healing message? Anyone who commits their heart to seeking a better understanding of God, who watches and listens for God’s high calling, and who devotes life’s moments to Him.

Nehemiah, who was morally courageous, was a great leader who did remarkable things through relying on God. Like Nehemiah, we can seek to fulfill the purpose that God has for us.
She would be the only Christian Scientist on a demanding summer wilderness adventure. How would she respond to the dangers they would face?
During a Christian Science
church service some years ago, I had an instantaneous healing of chronic stomach trouble.
I noticed a jolting change in my thought. It felt as if my identity was separated from everything that wasn’t consistent with God’s reflection—as if anything based on material theories and hypotheses was be unable to touch my true identity.
As I performed the solo, I concentrated on the inspiring, comforting words of the song rather than on analyzing how I sounded, and I worked to hear God’s voice more than my own.
Wings are frequent metaphors for of divine protection and shelter in Scripture.
