Child’s willful disposition healed
One of our children had a deeply inspiring healing of measles. This same child had struggled daily, from birth, with a very unhappy, willful, ornery disposition. Upon witnessing this child’s healing of measles, I became confident that anything could be healed through Christian Science, even tenacious character traits. So, on the heels of the physical healing, my husband and I asked the Christian Science practitioner who had prayerfully worked with us to continue to pray with us regarding this stubborn challenge.
We were encouraged to study a poem that is quoted as part of Mary Baker Eddy’s answer to the question, “How can I govern a child metaphysically?”
