Grandson healed of cough and appendicitis

I am very grateful for Christian Science, the study of which has brought many healings to my family.
Once, in June 2009, I was home with my grandson, who was then about four, when he began to cough compulsively. As soon as there was a pause and he was able to speak, he asked me if we could sing together Hymn 293 from the Christian Science Hymnal. He knew that hymn very well, because he always sang it with his grandfather, my husband, when they prayed together.
We started to sing:
