Having subscribed to the Sentinel for over half a century, I’ve been privileged to see its consistency in staying “abreast of the times.” Current challenges are presented through informative articles that contain Truth to heal the situations.
Recently there have been comments about the “LOL” box. On page 117 of Miscellaneous Writings 1883–1896, Mary Baker Eddy remarks: “I agree with Rev. Dr. Talmadge, that ‘there are wit, humor, and enduring vivacity among God’s people.’ ” Nuff said!
