Pray
Pray and you will be healed.
Pray and you can heal.
Pray in a peaceful wood.
Pray how you really should.
Pray by a lovely pond.
Pray and God will respond.
Pray on a sunny hill.
Pray and you will know His will.
Pray in a little old boat.
Pray and you’ll stay afloat.
Pray in a noisy street.
Pray and God will lead your feet.
Pray anywhere.
Pray and God will be there.
By Zoe, 11
Zoe tells what happened one time when she prayed:
Once I was jumping on a bed and hit the metal frame with my spine. It hurt really bad. I prayed that God is all-powerful and that He would not let me get hurt. I thought the pain was like a dragon and that God was my knight in shining armor. With His sword of light and truth, He could slay the dragon. I knew that God was here and He would always be here. I went on with my ways, and soon I was completely healed.
