Anxiety over weight gain overcome

About two years ago, even without checking what my weight was, I began to feel heavier. Indeed, one day when I did weigh myself, I discovered that I had gained six kilos (13 pounds). I began to think about the quick and effective results of diet pills advertised in the media.

At the time I was on vacation at the shore, and that same day I decided to go to the beach. But as soon as I got there, I experienced a strong headache and nausea. 

Whenever I travel, I take with me the Christian Science Weekly Bible Lesson and some issues of O Arauto, the Portuguese Herald. In spite of the severe headache, I was able to read a few passages of that week’s Lesson, which was on the subject of “Matter.” Since it was Easter week, the Lesson included accounts of the resurrection of Christ Jesus and many instances of healing.
