Every project I work on begins with these three words—Free the Angel.  Whether I’m creating a painting, a building, or writing an article (like this one), those three words remind me to follow in the spirit of Michelangelo, who summed up his artistic method this way: “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.”
