ALL ABOUT GOD
Atheism is given no less than 29 pages in a book published last September by Samir Selmanovic, founder and co-leader of an interfaith "community of communities" in New York City.
In It's Really All About God (Jossey-Bass, 2009), Selmanovic, who grew up in a culturally Muslim family in Croatia and converted to Christianity as a soldier in the then-Yugoslavian army, looks at the ongoing religious power struggles in the world today.
Authentic believers of all traditions—some of whom have become "self-serving God management systems"—must learn to live together, Selmanovic writes. They need to see that it's really not about their religion, it's all about God.
