THE TACK

One day at school I was putting my dinosaur portfolio up on the "completed assignments" board with a tack. I accidentally cut the top of my thumbnail with the tack, and it started to bleed. I decided to pray.

I remembered how Jesus said in the Bible that you will know the truth and the truth will make you free (see John 8:32). I knew that God was Mind. Mind knows everything. God knows only what is true about me. So a hurt thumb couldn't be true about me, because God did not cause hurt.

The bleeding stopped, and my thumbnail was healed immediately. This healing happened so fast that nobody knew it but me.

I liked being healed right away.
