TRUST AND FAIR DEALING HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE HALLMARKS OF PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY—OF ALL AGES, RACES, AND CULTURES.

PROBABLY FEW PEOPLE would dispute the saying that honesty is the best policy. Truth-telling is at the heart of established ethical practices, religion in general, and Christianity in particular. It certainly undergirds the practice of spiritual healing as taught by Mary Baker Eddy, who wrote: "Honesty is spiritual power. Dishonesty is human weakness, which forfeits divine help" (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 453).
