LAST MONTH several newspapers and magazines (among them, The Wall Street Journal of March 9, 2007) drew attention to a survey jointly conducted by the World Health Organization and Harvard Medical School. The study, based on more than 60,000 face-to-face interviews worldwide, found that the United States has the highest rate of depression among 14 countries.

THOSE WHO REJOICE IN THEIR PROVEN CONNECTION WITH GOD, CAN EXPECT TO FIND FREEDOM FROM THOUGHTS OF DEPRIVATION, UNWORTHINESS, DEPLETION, FEAR, OR FATALISM.
