LEARNING IN THE HIGHEST SENSE
IN A RECENT TIME magazine interview, Microsoft chairman Bill Gates answered this question: Is there better learning through technology? Perhaps surprisingly, Gates played down the role of technology, making the point that "learning is mostly about creating a context for motivation. It's about why you should learn things" (February 10, 2007).
