God was directing Jessee and me
One night when my family and I came home from a party, I went upstairs to get Jessee, my cat, as I usually do when I come home. She was sitting right in the middle of my bedroom in the moonlight. She was meowing happily, and then she beckoned me to follow her down the stairs. I did, because I figured Jessee was hungry. I then gave her some food and returned to my bedroom.
When I came back downstairs to check on her, Jessee was nowhere to be found. I noticed the basement door had been left open. I began to get very worried. And I told Mama and Papa what had happened.
Papa went outside to look for Jessee with a flashlight. Jessee is an inside cat, and that's why we were concerned for her safety.
