MY JOB DESCRIPTION
I HAD CLOSED my consulting business, with no idea what was next.
The very next morning, the call to devote myself to the practice of Christian Science healing came to me as a single sentence, right from God: "You have the training, the experience, and the obligation to bring healing to the world." Every day since then, I have been discovering what that means. And the more I discover, the more healing results—not only for the people who call for help, but sometimes for me.
One day recently as I sat praying, I felt a sharp pain, like a stab in the back. I was certain this apparent physical problem could be healed mentally, through prayer. But the pain was so intense that I felt unable to pray effectively for myself. So I called another practitioner for treatment.
