My angel thought

I come early to Sunday School because my dad ushers in church. While I'm waiting for everyone to get there, I like to put the hymnals on the benches. Sometimes I also get to open the hymnals to the first hymn we sing in Sunday School. It's fun and it's helpful. I like to be helpful and listen to "angel" thoughts like that one. Mary Baker Eddy said in Science and Health that angels are God's thoughts coming to us (see p. 581). I love angel thoughts, and I love God.

My little church

In that town, in that yard,
There is my little church.
My church is very small.
But we are a family, all in all.

We go through everything together, my friends and I.
Anything we do.
We'll pray and try to see it all the way through.

We love and worship the Lord Almighty.
We might make mistakes.
But then have a laugh, and learn to correct them.
In my little church.
In that town.
